Batch #3 of Kiyoshi was brewed with only four ingredients: rice, water, sake yeast and koji.
We hope you enjoy this sake with notes of honeydew melon, cucumber and subtle lemon zest. Best served chilled and with good company.
Our third batch of Kiyoshi was brewed at the end of spring, with warmer temperatures, different koji and a new rice variety, named Jupiter in the United States. Our rice was grown in Arkansas, milled in Minnesota and brewed in Asheville, North Carolina, before it got bottled and into your hands.
