Perfectly Peach is one of our most popular stone fruit sours. We started with our golden ale that we aged 12 months in oak barrels to produce tart flavors, fruity notes, and a funky character. We then added a ridiculous amount of peaches to our golden sour base. Just when we thought we couldn’t fit any more peaches…we added another 100 pounds. We let the peaches rest on the beer for an additional two months before bottling a small run. You can almost taste the fuzziness of the peach with every sip.
