Our Rosé is a Mixed Fermentation Wild Ale that was first aged in Oak Barrels for a full year before it was racked onto fresh, local Zinfandel grapes from nearby San Marcos. The freshness from the yeast on grape skins pairs harmoniously with our house culture. Giving this wine-like sour a delightful level of funk and sour.
