From the Bottle: In Nevada when you hear the word "Jarbidge" you may think of a remote and rebellious town or perhaps of a rugged wilderness area, but it's origins are actually from the Shoshone language meaning "devil" or "evil giant." We think this captures the essence of this beer - a bold Belgian dark stron ale aged in bourbon barrels. Be careful upon opening as it may release your inner evil giant.
