Oh, we are quite chuffed here. It's properly crisp like a biscuit with a pinch of biscuit malt. The British way
of mashing is to start the batch in pajamas and then have blood sausage.
Thus, Aaron went for some landjaeger and British Punk to set the mood. This is not a thing, but perhaps we can combine to make it one. British lagers sometimes make use of American hops, however, this is focused on Fuggles and East Kent Goldings. We love the Noble bitter/mild hop character in a clean lager.
