Our two-year spontaneous beer matured in a single red wine puncheon and briefly rested on Colorado-grown grape must. This variant was aged on Petite Pearl grapes and we’re obsessed with the purple hue that this hybrid showcases. Huge nose of blueberry and mango with flavors of blackberry, cacao, and a hint of tropical fruit salad. The tannic finish is just enough to leave you wanting another sip and the light funk and oak from our base beer are the best compliment to the jammy, full body.
Drink now to enjoy the maximum effect of the fresh grapey goodness. With advanced cellar-aging, we’re excited to see how these flavors change and evolve.
