This traditional English Pale Ale is made with British pale malt and two varieties of English hops. A sturdy malt backbone balances the hop bitterness & English ale yeast lends character and completxity to this incredibly drinkable beer.
(Bottle conditioned ales are products of natural fermentation and natural carbonation. Nuanced flavor notes are best enjoyed between 52⁰ and 57⁰. Some sediment is to be expected.)
